Ok Grams here you go!

My mother-in-law (Grams) who watches the kids everyday so Kyle and I can go to work, has requested more pictures. She is out of town for a month and is missing the kids like crazy.  So here you go!

Kegan is getting much better at swimming! Here he is keeping his head above water with out his life-jacket.  I guess swim lessons are paying off!

One expensive glittery star!

Today, I took Parker to get her hair cut. She needed a trim (it was starting to look a bit scraggly!) So we went to one of those Cool Kids Cut places where they have the Plane and Taxi and Firetruck to sit in; but P was not interested, she wanted to sit on my lap instead.  So it took approximately 3 minutes to cut her hair and then the lady asked if she wanted a pink glitter star on her cheek...OF COURSE SHE DOES...PINK...GLITTER...STAR!! So exciting!  So after P checks out her pink glitter star in the mirror (several times) I go to the cash register to pay for this 3-minute cut and pink glitter star....$17.95. Seriously $17.95 for a 3 minute hair cut (and that is before the tip!!) Oh well, I am sure Parker would agree that the pink glitter star is well worth the 20 bucks!!

Swim Lessons

This week Kegan has been taking swim lessons with his good friend Avery!  Even though I don't feel like he is learning that much he is having a great time! (but when does he not...he is happy all the time!)  He has been practicing his new moves in the bathtub...and is an expert in one foot of water!

"I a Princess!"

This is a picture of a typical day at our house! Parker insists on wearing a dress EVERYDAY!  It takes a lot of convincing to get her to wear a skirt or shorts because apparently princesses ONLY wear dresses. Once she gets her dress on she looks at herself and says "I a princess...Pretty!" Yes, No self-esteem problems here!  She loves to wear her tiaras (or princess hats as she fondly calls them!)   She loves to put high heels on and the more jewelry she can put on the better!  She is so much fun! I love her!

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's day to the BEST husband and Father in the world!  We are all truly lucky to have him and we thank God for him everyday!  As some of you know Kyle had laser eye surgery 2 weeks ago so he didn't really want anything for Father's Day.  BUT we had to get him something. So one day Kegan, Parker and I went to a new little store called Lonestar Popcorn. They have over 50 flavors of popcorn (Kyle likes flavored popcorn) so we got him an A&M bucket with a variety of popcorn flavors (dill pickle flavor is our favorite!) The kids are also enjoying daddy's father's day! 

Summer is here!

Summer is here and we are enjoying every second of it! Sleeping in, going to the gym, going swimming, having picnics, and of course we love naps (mommy especially!) Kegan is a little fish and spends every second he can in the water. Parker on the other hand is much more timid and takes her a while to get warmed up! Kegan starts swim lessons this week! He can't wait!
